Nothing changes without your sign-off
- Every AI-proposed change is marked and explicitly confirmed by you — no silent edits.
- Full version history with compare and restore; the original transcription is never overwritten.
- Consistency check between transcription and note: differences are flagged, and you resolve or dismiss each one.
- Corrections by written instruction or dictation.
- Post-consultation dictation that stays excluded from patient-facing documents.
Built for detailed reports and assessments
- Upload recordings up to 3 hours; several parts can be merged into one conversation.
- Long assessments (60–120 minutes) are written out in full to the template instead of over-summarizing.
- Context documents (findings, prior reports as PDF, Word or text) are cited as a separate source; if they contradict, both sources are named.
- Forms linked to a template are filled from the conversation, each field checked by you and listed under the note — including the exams of the Austrian Eltern-Kind-Pass (2026 edition).
- Free-form questions about a conversation; each answer cites the relevant passage in the transcription.
Capture the visit wherever it happens
- iPhone and iPad app (App Store): record offline and upload later. Cloud version only.
- Audio from telehealth video calls straight from a browser tab.
- If the connection drops, recording continues; the missing part is transcribed and inserted afterwards (up to 30 minutes offline).

- Member management with invitations; data strictly separated per organization.

- The organization decides which models may be used and where data is processed.
- In the cloud or as a full on-premise installation with local models: no patient data leaves the building.
Your finished note, where you need it
- Export as Word or PDF with title, date, duration and confirmed participants.
- Send by email from your own email program — NabuMed never sends anything itself.
- Then copy or import into your practice system. No direct integration with hospital or practice information systems.
