NABU is an AI-powered documentation solution from Innsbruck, Austria, developed by emergo technologies gmbh.
Our company specialises in software solutions for the medical field and has been collaborating closely with doctors, clinics, and medical institutions for years.
The idea for NABU arose from discussions between Markus Haider and Dr. Michael M., a paediatrician in Innsbruck. Both shared the belief that modern AI technologies can make a real difference in daily practice by alleviating doctors of the daily documentation burden, thereby creating more time for their patients.
Beyond this, emergo technologies is deeply rooted in the medical environment. For instance, we develop patient portals for the Medical University of Innsbruck, where the strictest data protection and security standards are naturally a given. This expertise is directly integrated into the development of NABU.
